Common Positions with openings:

Porter

Porters are primarily responsible for the cleaning and housekeeping of a building. They conduct routine rounds of rooms and facilities, where they sweep, mop, or vacuum floors, scrub walls and windows, and remove garbage. They may also do minor repairs and take on quick tasks, from transporting items to restocking supplies. Ideally, they maintain the cleanliness and safety of the building, looking out for rule violations and possible threats. Physical stamina is essential, as porters remain standing throughout their entire shift.  Errands and deliveries as required.   Must have valid drivers license.

Welder Helper

Duties include supplying or holding materials or tools, and cleaning work area and equipment. On the job, you would: Load and unload items from machines, conveyors, and conveyances. Operate machinery used in the production process, or assist machine operators.

Welder

Fabricate and assemble metal structures and equipment through the use of welders, cutters, shapers and measuring tools. Welders produce metal products according to customer or employer specifications. They use multiple welding machines to repair and maintain metal equipment and structures of various sizes.

Pipe Fitter

Measuring and marking pipes for cutting and threading. Assembling and welding pipe components and systems. Securing pipes to walls and fixtures with brackets, clamps, and welding equipment. Ordering required materials such as pipes, hangars, brackets, hydraulic cylinders, etc.
